The perspective of Holistic Health is that our different body systems are interconnected and therefore need to be addressed together as a "whole" - this includes how we take care of our mental and physiological needs.....Ex: improving energy levels and motivation involves examining our sleep, diet, exercise, stressors, and internal thought processes.
Holistic Health is the treatment of the whole person, taking into account multiple health and lifestyle factors in order to bring wellness and balance to one's physical and mental life.
Mental wellness coaching includes: developing a growth mindset, building self esteem, self confidence, and self-efficacy, practicing social skills, problem solving, advocacy, positive coping skills, and using positive thinking strategies and behavioral practices
Physical wellness coaching includes: examining and developing a balance of diet, sleep, exercise, natural supplements, and healthy behavioral habits
